About Toonclub

Founded in 2003, Toon Club is an award-winning pioneer organisation dedicated to teaching the Art of Animation and Visual Storytelling to children and young adults.

Our award-winning curriculum educates students in the Fundamentals of Art and Animation, History of Animation, Basics of Film Language, Character Development and Experimental techniques of Animation, giving students a holistic understanding of the subject.

Children benefit as they are taken through the Script to Screen process thereby understanding nuances of storytelling/storyboarding, exposing them to laws of science, physics, mathematics, and honing motor skills.

We use animation as a learning tool to aid understanding subjects like Science, Maths, Storytelling & Arts. The curriculum includes topics like Principles & History of Animation, Optical devices, Persistence of Vision, Mixed-media techniques, Experimental Animation etc., thus encouraging self-expression and creative storytelling among children.

Toon Club Services

Toon Club provides Products & consultancy:

• Curriculum, training and consultation for corporates looking at children’s animation education space.
• Faculty training and support for children’s education centres/schools/organisations.
• Workshops for Corporate employees’ children, products and services for Corporate Social Responsibility programs.
• Works with NGOs and under-privileged children to introduce them to the animation art form.

Parent Company

Toon Club is a division of Climb Media Pvt. Ltd., (estd. in 1971) founded by Indian Animation Pioneer, BHIMSAIN creator of the indelible ‘Ek Anek Ekta’.

Climb Media is the creator of India’s first 3D Animation – Live action feature film Toonpur Ka Superhero (starring Ajay Devgn & Kajol), award-winning animation series Adventures of Chhota Birbal (premiered on Cartoon Network in 2002) and National Award Winning short film Komal based on Child Sexual Abuse.

Climb Media has recieved an unprecedented 22 President’s National Awards for varied cinematic works and has been involved in making award-winning short films on various causes with UNICEF, Childline, Save The Children, National Film Board of Canada and others.
