Tehzeeb Khurana

Celebrated Animation Director with over 20 years of experience, Tehzeeb is the founder of Toon Club, a pioneering organisation teaching the art of animation filmmaking and storytelling to children 7 -18 years olds.

Films created by children at Toon Club, under her creative supervision have received 61 International acclaim & awards & 3 Industry Recognitions. Her seminal efforts have culminated in animation curriculum being appended across select premier schools in Mumbai. Besides she has also conducted workshops for leading NGOs, museums & corporates.

Farha Alam

Alam is a storyteller and stop motion animator based out of Bombay, India. She really enjoys movement, working with her hands and making soundscapes. She does commissioned projects, workshops & ad films but tries her best to use recycled or abandoned materials in her animation practice.

She has shot and directed a documentary feature which travelled to festivals like HotDocs Canada, Film SouthAsia, EtnoFilm, Gottingen Film Festival. A short fiction inspired by her grandparents and the last day of their live-in help at home, titled Last Cup of Tea, which premiered at River to River Film Festival Italy. She’s been a fellow at NFDC’s Screenwriter’s Lab, also worked as a screenwriter at Culture Machines’ Writers Room, Director, Producer for 24-episode Television Series- One Stop Science Shop, produced by DaVinci Media GmBh.

Kireet Khurana

High-Honours graduate from Sheridan College, Canada, Kireet has won 6 President’s National Awards, 11 Int’l Awards besides & 30 assorted awards for his cinematic works besides having directed 500+ ad films for leading brands and agencies.

He served as Jury for National Film Fest., MIFF, Sony-Animax etc. & has spoken on major forums like Dartmouth Univ. (Vermont, USA), NASSCOM, FMX06 (Germany), Forum De L’Images, Annecy (France) etc. Director of acclaimed feature film ‘T for Taj Mahal’ (5 International awards), he is also the Conceptualiser & Director for the successful live-animation combo feature film “Toonpur Ka Superrhero”, starring Ajay Devgn and Kajol.

Vaibhav Kumaresh

Animation Filmmaker Vaibhav Kumaresh is the Founder & Director at Vaibhav Studios (Estd. 2003) which has created some of India’s favourite animated content in the field of TV commercials and channel promos: the Amaron Battery ad campaign, Chulbuli for Clinic Plus, Buladi’s AIDS awareness campaign for the West Bengal government, the Vodafone Zumis, Simpoo the angry sardaar math teacher on Channel [V] and Lamput the globally acclaimed, Emmy nominated  micro short series for Cartoon Network to name a few. The studio is currently working on its maiden feature film titled Return of the Jungle. 

A Fine Arts graduate, Vaibhav studied animation film making at the National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad. He is an active committee member and the Honorary Secretary of The Animation Society of India (TASI). Vaibhav also teaches animation and is a visiting faculty at various animation and design schools across India.

Stef Deneer

Stef Deneer is an animator, designer and founder of studio REKKER, an animation film studio for children and young people based in Belgium.

Though REKKER was founded recently in 2019, the team of filmmakers at the studio have been passionately involved in supervising animation film projects for young people for the past 15+ years. In addition, they teach young people how to convert their crazy ideas into stop motion films that are enjoyed by a wide audience. Film projects realised by their young students have received several International awards & accolades.

Stef is also the designer of the interactive installations that is used by studio REKKER to introduce children to animation film at events and film festivals.
